Unlimited access to our phone and remote services. Quarterly Tune-Ups for all devices that are part of the plan. Networking, WiFI and Internet, Mobile, Smartphones and Tablets, Device Help, Laptop, Printer, Router, Cell Phone, Wearable, Computer Repair and help, Virus Removal & Cleanup, Set up a New Printer, Tune-up a Computer or Laptop, Set up a New Desktop or Laptop Computer, Troubleshoot or Repair a Printer, Back up or Transfer Data, Set up a Computer Peripheral, Set Up or Fix an Email or Online Account, Install or Re-install OS (Operating System), Install or Uninstall Software, Get a Computer Lesson, Wipe a Hard Drive on a Desktop or Laptop Computer.
Devices Supported:
Windows and Macintosh Laptops. Windows and Macintosh Desktops. Smartphones. Tablets and E-readers. Wireless Networks and Routers. Printers and Scanners. Common Software Issues.

Support is only available during normal business hours. Billing starts one month after the initial service. Requires an initial setup fee.
Support plan contracts are set to auto-renew so that you do not lose protection. If you wish to cancel please refer to the terms of the services agreement.

Any new devices purchased will be an additional $199 setup fee, regardless if it replaces an old device on the plan.
