On-Site Tech Support
$110/Per Hour
1-hour minimum charge, then billed per 15 minutes. On-site appointments require someone 18 years or older to be present. By appointment only. A $30 travel charge is added to all on-site appointments.
Note: For each on-site service, the hourly charge is also the minimum charge. After one hour, billing is calculated in 15-minute increments rounded up. Service rates are for labor only and exclude parts.

Remote Tech Support
$90/ Per Hour
Useful for software troubleshooting, program installation, and updates. We provide remote computer support for error messages, slow computers, email problems, and much more. If your computer has high-speed internet and can still open a browser we can usually fix it remotely.
Note: For remote service, the hourly charge is also the minimum charge. After one-hour, billing is calculated in 15-minute increments rounded up. Some problems require on Site repair, during the consultation we will advise you on what is needed.
Labor Notes and Payment Methods
You will receive an estimate in advance based on your symptoms of what the repairs should cost. We will never exceed these costs without speaking with you first, should something different or unexpected be found.
We have a minimum 1-hour labor charge on all jobs.
Our residential diagnostics are free of charge, as long as you have us perform any type of repair or recovery service.
We accept Cash, Checks, and Credit Card. A 3% convenience fee will be added if you decide to pay by credit.

Support is only available during normal business hours. Billing starts one month after the initial service. Requires an initial setup fee.
Support plan contracts are set to auto-renew so that you do not lose protection. If you wish to cancel please refer to the terms of the services agreement.
Any new devices purchased will be an additional $199 setup fee, regardless if it replaces an old device on the plan.
