There is a 5% discount for services that are paid yearly.
Support is available during normal business hours. Billing starts one month after the initial service. Requires initial setup fee.
Support contracts are ongoing and set to auto-renew so that you do not lose protection. If you wish to cancel please refer to the terms of the services agreement.
Any new devices purchased will be an additional $199 setup fee, regardless if it replaces an old device on the plan.
