Support is available during our normal business hours. Support contracts are ongoing and set to auto-renew, ensuring you maintain protection. If you wish to cancel, please refer to the terms of the services agreement. Any new devices purchased will incur an additional $199 setup fee, regardless of whether it replaces an existing device on the plan.
